I am a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in refining and petrochemicals, specializing in commissioning, operations, and performance monitoring. Successfully commissioned and operated four polypropylene trains at RIL and IOCL having Unipol & Spheripol technologies. Post this, I have led refinery Planning/Coordination and Energy conservation (EnCon) Initiatives for 5+ years. Oversaw MS block operations including CCRU, FCCU, NPRU, MSQ, PG+, SRU, ETP, and APC with GRM enhancement initiatives like “Refinery Performance Improvement Project” for 3-4 years. Currently associated with polymer complex monitoring, covering PP (2 trains), HDPE, Butene, Swing and expansion projects.
