Abstract Submissions are Open
The two-day conference and exhibition is a high-level technical forum in which key players in the global petrochemical and refinery sector meet to share knowledge, learn about best practices and the latest industry advances.

The deadline to submit a proposal is Monday, April 7, 2025
The Advisory Board is responsible for making speaker selections. We will notify you of their decision during the week of May 5. If your topic is accepted, we will confirm the date and time of your speaking engagement within two weeks of notification.
The conference program is designed around accepted abstracts. Promotion of accepted abstracts begin right away. Therefore, it is imperative you obtain your employer’s approval of the submission prior to uploading it.
If selected:
- You agree to obtain any permissions or clearance required for the content of your presentation at the conference by your employer.
- You agree to speak to conference attendees in person in Houston, TX at the proposed time on the date assigned.
- You agree to include your biography during the abstract submission process
- You agree to provide a head and shoulders picture of yourself for promotional purposes within one week of the request
- You agree to meet the following deadlines:
- Confirmation of acceptance to participate within 7-10 business days of the confirmation email going out
- Registration for the conference no later than August 30, using the registration code that will be provided to you. Do not register ahead of being notified of your acceptance/code receipt.
