Prashant B. Jadhav serves as Senior Sales Engineer and Subject Matter Expert in thermal design at Metalforms Heat Transfer.

Prashant earned his Certificate in Management from Harvard Business School with High Honors, and a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University, where he was mentored by Dr. Robert Serth, who has Co-authored a widely recognized Heat Transfer book with Thomas Lestina, VP at HTRI®, this mentorship developed his lifelong passion for Heat Transfer.

With more than 15 years of industry experience, he has designed over 1,000 tubular heat exchangers and holds a U.S. Patent for innovation relating to TWISTED TUBE® Heat Exchanger Technology.
