Craig Harclerode is the CEO and President of AF Consulting℠, LLC. He previously served as an O&G Global Business Development Executive at AVEVA, where he worked with executive leadership teams across the energy value chain to align business and digital strategies with Operational Excellence Management Systems—key drivers of digitally enabled business transformation.

Craig’s career spans engineering, operations, and automation in leadership and consultative roles at Amoco Oil (now BP), Honeywell Industrial Control & Automation, and AspenTech, before joining OSIsoft, makers of the PI System (acquired by AVEVA in 2022).

He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Rice University, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Craig has authored more than 15 publications in the past two years and is a frequent speaker at global conferences on topics such as Digital Twin, Advanced Analytics, Operational Excellence, Business Strategy and Transformation, and Digital Enablement across the oil and gas value chain.
