Alejandra (Ale) Rivas is a Business Development Manager in the Aromatics, Catalyst, and Licensing organization at ExxonMobil Product Solutions. Her prior roles include Licensing Support Engineer, Alkylation SME, Aromatics Engineer, Catalyst Manufacturing Engineer, and Senior Research Engineer. Before joining ExxonMobil, she was a Staff Scientist at Johnson Matthey, where she led catalyst development and laboratory startup operations. Ale holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and B.S./M.S. degrees from the Celaya Institute of Technology. She has actively contributed to professional societies, including the Southwest Catalyst Society and the Catalysis Club of Philadelphia, serving as chair, secretary, and director.
