Prior to joining McKinsey, Tim spent 5 years at ICF Resources, an energy consulting firm in Washington, DC. Tim received his Masters Degree in Public Policy from Harvard University in 1990, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1988.
